Description

Creating "Radial Composition I" during the TIMEPieces gallery show was an awesome experience. Live creating among the TIMEPieces community, in the iconic Wynwood neighborhood, there was inspiration on every corner. Being surrounded by the photography in the gallery inspired me to prioritize angles and composition in this piece, which I feel lives in the same universe as my recent work "Radial Form I". Both works speak to the potential of the digital for culture, community, and art - of which TIMEPieces and Emonee's JumpStart Designers are leading examples.

Radial Composition I was created live at the TIMEPieces Gallery at Blackdove during Art Basel Miami Beach.

Proceeds benefit Jumpstart Designers, a non-profit organization established to give every child in underserved communities an equal chance to express themselves in the digital art space. The organization is led by TIMEPieces artist Emonee LaRussa.
